last friday morning we told the girls we have a
surprise for them in the evening. kristi and mike
made ice cream and we took it up to the girls’
porch to eat. sometimes it’s fun to celebrate for
no particular reason. :)
Today is the girls’ first day of school. To say they
were excited would be understating the facts.
They are attending school outside our yard…
just down the street. Pray for them as they study
and adjust to the change of schedule this will
bring…
back in july when laurie was here, we went spent a day in at Port. did some shopping along the road, stocked up on vanilla, spent time at this coffee shop relaxing, and then picked up a work team at the airport.
sitting at this coffee shop tends to make you forget you’re in haiti…air conditioning, english reading material, and coffee drinks…. :)
well our internet is finally up and
running again after over a week.
now this blog can be updated
